    No more so than the fact that human beings can fly, or walk up walls.

    There have been costumes that I thought were ugly—there’s a Thor costume from the mid-90s that’s a good example of that—but that’s not really what you’re talking about.

    Virtually every super hero costume is ridiculously impractical. but this is fantasy, it’s part of the buy-in, so worrying too much about how some of this stuff works is counter-productive, i think.

    So, yeah, Batman has no peripheral vision whatsoever. But it’s fine, it works, don’t worry about it.
